At Utah Barbell, I’ve created a space where health meets holistic fitness. My journey has been one of dedication to both medical science and strength coaching, blending over 15 years of healthcare experience with a passion for helping others build stronger, healthier bodies. From an early fascination with human anatomy and how our bodies function, repair, and thrive, I pursued careers in both healthcare and fitness to develop a unique, science-based approach to wellness.

My qualifications go beyond the gym. With a foundation in medical knowledge, I approach health and fitness from a whole-person perspective. I know that no two bodies are alike— each client brings their unique history, needs, and goals. I believe sustainable fitness is about more than just lifting weights or running faster.
